Mal Flow ("we", "us" or "the platform") is a digital service provided and operated by Mal Flow through its website and mobile app. These terms govern your use of all the services, features and content we offer.

By using the platform or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Mal Flow's services.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms, shows suspicious activity, or whose owner's identity cannot be verified, and will tell you the reason where possible. You can ask to close your account at any time by contacting customer care.

To the extent permitted by law, Mal Flow is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use the service, or for any delay or interruption caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as network or third-party outages.

We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of any material change through the platform or by email. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
